CHRISTMAS COLLECTION 2018 TERMS & CONDITIONS
Once an order is received, an invoice for payment will be sent via email for prompt payment.  All orders require full payment or 50% non-refundable deposit for orders to be confirmed.  This allows us to order your products from all our fabulous suppliers including local small businesses. Payment can be made online via Credit Card or Direct Deposit into our bank account.  Details can be found on our invoices.

To ensure timely delivery, we encourage customers to place their orders as early as possible during the  Christmas season.  Gift Boxes containing custom items or large order quantities can take longer, so please consider this when ordering your Christmas Gift Boxes.

At times due to the nature of sourcing artisanal products, certain products may become unavailable  within our gift boxes.  Therefore Little Willow Blossom (Gift in a Box) reserves the right to substitute a product temporarily unavailable for a product of equal or greater value.  All care is taken to match this item in price & quality if this needs to be done.  If this is required you will be notified prior.

Under the QLD Liquor laws it is an offence to sell alcohol to any persons under the age of 18 years old.  Gift Boxes containing alcohol must be purchased and received by people of 18 years and over.

CHRISTMAS COLLECTION 2018 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
You have the option to select from Australia Wide Shipping OR FREE LOCAL delivery to your office,  or your individual recipients for the delivery of your gift boxes. Local hand delivery to your recipients home or office is available within the Dimbulah & Mareeba area for FREE!  Delivery days are Thursday & Friday between 11am – 3pm.  If delivering to secure apartments or rural properties with closed/locked gates, a phone number must be left in instructions on order, so that the recipient/s can be reached at time of delivery to gain access.  If entry cannot be gained, the order will be returned to store & you will be contacted to arrange shipping or alternate delivery address & date which will occur an additional fee.  If the recipient is unavailable at time of delivery, the gift will be left at the delivery location.  All care is taken to leave the gift in a safe place. Little Willow Blossom (Gift in a Box) cannot be held liable for theft or damage to the gift, if the recipient is unavailable at time of delivery.

Little Willow Blossom (Gift in a Box) ship within Australia only. Cost of shipping is calculated at time of order. All deliveries are made via Australia Post Monday to Friday. Hampers shipped via Australia post will be packaged within an outer postage box & wrapping for protection.  When orders are shipped, notification via email with tracking details will occur. Please consider that Australia Post may have delays due to high volume of orders during the holiday season. To ensure timely delivery, we encourage customers to place their orders as early as possible during this time. All actual delivery time frames are the responsibility of Australia post.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

Unfortunately at this point in time we do not offer returns or exchanges for “change of mind” so please select your items carefully.

DAMAGED GOODS

We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. As a result, any items damaged during delivery will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods to our postal address. Please email us at littlewillowblossom@gmail.com within 24hours of receiving your damaged goods with photos and details and we will help you from there.
